Overview

A specialist, long-term home offering 24-hour support and care for young adults with:

  • Profound disabilities
  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Complex needs and behaviours that challenge

Support available

The service provides specialist support to allow young people with a range of complex disabilities and needs to live as independently as possible in their own home.

The service also supports its residents to access specialist professional health services.

Young people aged over 18.
