Overview
The STSFT childhood weight management programme offers to help manage your childs weight.
Who can access the service
To access the service children and young people must:
- be registered with a Sunderland or South Tyneside GP
- have a BMI on and above 91st centile on the UK 1990 Body Mass Index (BMI) chart
- be between 2 and 18 years old
How to access the service
A general practitioner can make a referral for the service via NHS e-Referral. There is also a referral form available.
Referrals are accepted from all healthcare providers.
